Refund will be applicable in the following scenarios:
• In case of unsuccessful attempts to contact the candidate due to inactive Email or Phone details. For instance, instances where email delivery fails or phone numbers are reported as invalid.
• If a candidate asserts that an application was unintentional or made in error.
• If a candidate's profile summary or resume contains evidently false information.
• In any of the above cases, if a refund request is made within 2 weeks of the resume purchase.
Refunds will not be granted in the following instances:
• If a candidate opts for a different offer or discontinues job search efforts subsequent to submitting an application.
• If a candidate is declined at any stage of the hiring process, including resume screening, interviews, aptitude tests, and similar evaluations.
• If positions for which resumes were acquired have already been filled or closed.
• If the candidate's application was sourced from an external job posting or introduced by a recruiting agency.
• If the quality of the candidate's resume does not align with the specific expectations set by the employer.
